Wood Destroying Organisms Inspection

A WDO inspection, or Wood Destroying Organism inspection, is a visual examination of a home for signs of wood-destroying pests. WDO inspections are also known as termite inspections, but termites are not the only wood-destroying organisms.

WDO inspections are important for homes built primarily of wood, or those with significant wood components. They can help identify issues early, protecting homeowners from more costly repairs later.
