A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. On average, a single-family home inspection usually takes 2-4 hours to complete, though this is heavily dependent on the of the size and condition of the home.

Pricing can range depending on the total square footage of the home. Pricing ranges $375-$500 on avg.

Radon Testing

Radon is the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers, according to EPA estimates. Overall, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer. Make sure your home is safe and get a Radon Test performed during the home inspection. What is Radon? Find out here.

Water Quality Testing


Drinking water comes from a variety of sources including public water systemsprivate wells, or bottled water. Ensuring safe and healthy drinking water may be as simple as turning on the tap from an EPA-regulated public water system. It is important to know where drinking your drinking water comes from, how it’s been treated, and if it’s safe to drink.

Mold Testing

Mold has been known to cause a variety of health issues with many people.  There are also many types of mold. Some of which may even be toxic. If you notice areas with musty smells or lots of moisture, A mold test may be something to invest in so you know how to address the issue.
